Access: Memberships provide access to The PE Storeroom, including resources, lesson plans, assessments, and teaching tools.
Types: Memberships are available for individuals, schools/faculties, and organisations. Access must not be shared beyond the agreed membership type.
Duration: Memberships run on an annual or monthly basis (as purchased) and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial periods.
Permitted Use: Resources may be downloaded and used for teaching and professional purposes within your school or class.
Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our resources outside your school or organisation without written permission.
Intellectual Property: All resources remain the intellectual property of PE Made Easy.
Bookings: Attendance at professional learning workshops or consultancy sessions is subject to confirmation and payment terms.
Cancellations: Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled session may incur a fee.
Materials: Workshop and consultancy materials are provided for professional use only and may not be distributed or republished.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for ensuring your billing details are current and accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if misuse, unauthorised sharing, or breach of these Terms is detected.
PE Made Easy resources are designed to support teachers and schools in delivering high-quality Health & PE programs.
While we take care to ensure resources are accurate and aligned to curriculum requirements, we make no guarantees regarding suitability for every school or learning context.
Use of our resources is at your discretion and responsibility. We are not liable for outcomes arising from the application of our resources or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PE Made Easy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, memberships, or services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
