Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of your membership purchase date.

  • The refund applies only to new memberships (not renewals).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice, or account details).

Refund Process

  1. Contact us using our web form within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Provide your membership details and the reason for requesting a refund.

  3. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and your membership access will be cancelled immediately.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Membership renewals or expired memberships.

  • Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date.

  • Cases where resources have been downloaded excessively (to protect against misuse).

How Refunds Are Issued

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).
